Back in 1972, when athletic shoes wore out quickly and athletic socks even faster, I started my journey ( thanks to my older brother, Al ) as a lifelong runner. Little did I know that one day I would be working with a great team of people and launching our own brand, TEIL, to create world class products for athletes and active people!  

Our company mission statement is “More of the Good Stuff”; Plenty of Quality Materials in our Products, and Plenty of Quality Endeavors in our Life Experiences.  

With the generous support of my wife Jeanette and her family; Gary and Carolyn Walter & Gary and Jill Citron, we were able to get TEIL off the ground in 2006, and our first product line is an assortment of running and sport socks. We hope these socks are the first in a long line of TEIL products.
